Bailey Simpson & Associates inspected 5 roofs on 2 July 2008. Results of the inspections are given for each roof. Some remedial work needed to be carried out immediately. ‘Slumping’ of the sloping sections at the perimeter. Easy and safe access to the roofs needs to be addressed. Checklist given for inspection annually to keep remedial work to a minimum.
