Bailey Simpson & Associates looked at the condition of 5 roofs on 2 July 2008 with a view to prolonging the ‘useful lives’ of the existing roof coverning/ or consider the various possibilities and costings for complete renewal(s). A report is given for each roof. Thickness and insulation on some roofs is not greater than 25 mm and in one area less than 15mm.
